Engineers' questions
Do you install equipment purchased elsewhere?
Yes, provided there is a design and equipment documentation. The warranty for such items stays with the supplier.
Do you work on live facilities without stopping production?
Yes. We stage the work and perform changeovers during agreed maintenance windows.
What documentation does the client receive after installation?
As-built documentation, concealed works certificates and test protocols for the installed systems.
Who is accountable when you both supply and install?
TSG. One contract and one accountable party for the equipment, the installation and the start-up.
